Driving home just now, and a newer Exploder stops behind me.
Clown starts looking down at his phone, lets off the brake, and rolls into the back of me.
No damage, and when he apologized I just told him to put the damn phone down.

Bmw’s Auto hold should be like the most popular car feature for all brands, but I don’t see anyone else doing it #lifechanging

My Mercedes has that, too - it’s pretty nice and I use it all the time.

I believe most Lincoln models have that, but I don’t believe it made it to any Fords.

I was gonna post that one video clip, but m y google-fu must be really weak tonight. It’s the one where at the scene of the crash, the guy walks over, rips the phone out of the other driver’s hands and throws it on the ground. So cathartic.

I think I was just too tired to be all that mad, but I’ve been tempted on many occasions to go grab someone’s phone and throw it into traffic.

He was also a tailgater. Because that helps keep traffic moving on 83 at 530 on a Friday.

My wife’s Forester has that, called “AVH” in Subaru. Salesman tried to inform me that the button labeled AVH was for the automatic headlights :-/
